Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Purity Skin & Beauty Lounge, I value the time of my guests. I understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. As a courtesy to me and other clients, please provide at least 24-hours notice for cancellation.

Guests that no-show or cancel an appointment with less than 4-hours notice will be required to provide a credit card number to hold a future reservation. If the next appointment is then no-showed or cancelled with less than 4-hours notice, the credit card will be charged the full amount for the service.

I put considerable effort into being on time for your appointment. But as we all know, there can be unexpected delays. If you anticipate you will be late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I will still do my best to perform the scheduled services. However, if the late arrival impacts the next guest's appointment, I will have to reschedule your services. Such late arrivals that prevent me from having enough time to perform your scheduled service are considered a no-show.

If the delay occurs on my end, I will let you know as well so that you may plan accordingly. Please make sure you have an updated phone number on file.
